"Raincoat Younger Sister" Liu Xian, the boss lady of Chengdu Heyue, founder of "Raincoat Public Welfare", is an ordinary catering practitioner. In early February 2020, at the most difficult time of the epidemic in China, she realized that many medical staff in Wuhan could not eat hot meals. As a party member, she decided to lead the team to support Wuhan to provide food security for medical staff. After communicating with local authorities, she was allowed to enter Wuhan as a volunteer. On February 3, she brought her own cooks and ingredients, "retrograde" for more than ten hours, drove from Chengdu to Wuhan, started work the next day, and provided free meals for medical staff, totaling more than 20,000 copies. At first, because there was no protective clothing, she could only wear a raincoat, driving her car, and ran between the hospitals. The medical staff affectionately called "raincoat sister". In support of Wuhan, "Raincoat Younger Sister" not only provided free meals for 23 hospitals, such as Huoshen Hill Hospital, Leishen Hill Hospital, Wuhan First Hospital, Union Hospital, and health center, but also raised funds and donations for the hospital from all the society. All kinds of materials reached more than 2.8 million. In the face of CCTV, People's Daily, Red Star News, Korea KBS and other hundreds of domestic and foreign media reports, she showed the social responsibility of a post-90s Sichuan girl; facing the "China Youth Wusi Medal" of the Sichuan Provincial Committee , The United Nations named and commended honors, she felt the selfless and greatness of frontline epidemic-fighters. With this touch and admiration, she founded the "Raincoat Charity" when she got back. She put her benevolence into each piece of mask and brought loving care to children living in mountain areas.
